Verne David |

Commissioner Verne C David was
appointed to the Commission by Governor Charles W. Turnbull
PhD. in November 2001 to serve a three year term. His
current term expired in 2004; however he will continue to
serve out that term until reappointed or replaced.
Commissioner David is an active Member of both the National
Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners and the
Mid-Atlantic Conference of the Regulatory Utility
Commissioners. He is a part-time member with the Virgin
Islands Public Service Commission, and is the Owner/Manager
of the Business Consulting and tax Preparation firm, Verne
C. David and Associates. Commissioner David holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from
Livingstone College in Salisbury North Carolina, where he
became a member of the illustrious Fraternity Omega Psi Phi
Fraternity. Commissioner David is a United States Army
Veteran. |
